Can someone help me out? Why did the house sell for so ltltie? 3.85 million for a house in beverly hills, with two swimming pools, views and acerage seems like not very much to me. While I know that the house wasn't particually nice, and that the interiors were awful, it was still large, and in good condition. Nothing a few updates to kitchen/bathrooms/lights/paint/fixtures couldnt fix. Don't homes of this type usually sell for much more, sometimes well over 10 million? All I'm saying is don't houses with no views, smaller land, and smaller houses, in similar condition sell for alot more within in the same area?Just wondering...
