Caillebotte, in boboland

Franck Baranger et Edouard Bobin, the chefs of le Pantruche, opened a chic bistrot near the fashionable rue des Martyrs, headquarter of the Parisian « Bobos » ( Bourgeois Bohème).

You can sit in the restaurant or at the counter where you have a full view on the kitchen. The restaurant is a shrine of simplicity and creativity, and so is la carte. Special tribute to the oyster (huîtres) Roumégous vapeur exhausted by soja sauce and dust of piment d'Espelette, enhanced by the slight acidity of oxalis, and softened by a citrus chantilly. Betroot soup is a pleasure, roasted figs, are delicious.

Prices : lunch menu (starter-main course or main course-desert = 18 euros, evening menu (entrée plat dessert = 34) Tasting menu (2 starters, 1 meet course, 1 fish course, one desert) = 49 euros. Wine list is offordable

Booking one to two weeks in advance is necessary.

This is great! I don't know how common this is, but at the Getty Museum our brotskooe makes & sells tote bags of all kinds and shapes upcycled from past exhibition street banners. It's a great use and they look quite stunning.
